A lot of society see children as weak-minded and can get really affected by seeing blood even if its only fiction. In real life yeah it can be accurate but it shouldn't be compared with anime/cartoons. Kids can handle blood, gore, and fighting fine, especially if its literally just blood and no organs. Stuff like that has been desensitized in society through games and shows.

Plus if kids don't like something they watch they usually just go "Ew" and do something else.
